For as long as I can remember, Autumn has been my absolute favourite season. The colors, the holidays, the changes – it’s all so magical to me.

Just like most people, I don’t look at life and be grateful for the small things. So, that is why I’m writing this post. It’s nearly Autumn and people get down about the warmer weather going so how about we all try to look at the good things about Autumn..
Orange and mustard colours are everywhere
I absolutely love the colours orange and mustard yellow. They are beautiful and warm. By filling your home with those colours, it gives off a warm and welcoming vibe. By dressing in oranges and mustards, you will look warmer and it will bring a little more colour to your face.
You can cosy up by the fire
Fireplaces are absolutely beautiful to me. You can get them in all different shapes and styles so you can fit it to match your home perfectly. There is nothing more exciting to me than grabbing a comfy chair or beanbag and sitting in front of the fire in the evenings. You could even bring a good book along.
School supplies fill store shelves
It’s been a while since I was in school, but that doesn’t stop me from loving stationery. I love notebooks, pencils, pens and novelty erasers. I love anything that I can be creative with. That is why, even though school is way in my past, I get so excited about a new school year.
Pumpkin spice smells in the air
You know that Autumn has well and truly hit once you start smelling those lovely pumpkin spice smells. The smells fill the air and pumpkin spice lattes come out. Autumn is filled with distinguishing scents and they fill my nose with happiness.ย
Leaves crackling underfoot
If you love Autumn, you probably get excited by the sound of leaves crackling under your feet when you walk down the street. It’s literally one my favourite sounds ever. It’s funny because I’ve actually started to seek out the leaves. I will purposely walk where the leaves are crispier. Walking through leaves is one of the best Autumn activities there is.
I always knew that I loved Autumn but I didn’t know that I was such a huge fan until I started writing this post. Is Autumn your favourite season? What do you love most about Autumn?
