August is here. I have mixed feelings about the new month but it’s here and there’s nothing that can be done to change it.
Last month, I shared my July goals with you all so I figured that it might be good for me to try that agin this month. So, here are my goals for August.
♡ Read one book. I’ve been in the world’s longest reading slump at this point. So I’m writing down this goal with the hopes that reading just one book will kickstart the reading again.
♡ Make my bed every morning. This isn’t something that has ever really bothered me but I’m working my way into a morning routine so this seems like a great start, right?
♡ Keep a mood tracker. Having BPD means that my emotions can sometimes overwhelm me. Keeping track of them will hopefully help this.
♡ Learn a new recipe. I’m not a good cook at all. I either uncook or burn everything. So, this month, I’m going to try and work on learning a recipe.
♡ Be myself without worrying what other people think about me. I am not the most confident person. I try myself hardest to practise self love but it can be hard. Guess I’ll just have to keep on working on it.
