Whether we realise it or not, some of our daily habits can hold us back in life. I’m not trying to say that everything you do needs to help you better yourself. Sometimes we do things just because we want to and that’s okay. However, it’s always good to incorporate some new daily habits into your life.
Here’re some daily habits that you could incorporate into your life to make your life happier and more productive.
As we near the second half of 2021, it’s a great time to evaluate your habits and do a personal mid-year review. Are you on track to reach your goals? Are you being the best version of yourself? Is there anything you can do better?
You might be in a position with work or education where someone else will conduct a mid-year review for you. Whether you’re in this position or not, it’s always a good idea to review your year by yourself. You may see things that others can’t.
There’s often a lot of joy to be found in the smallest and simples parts of everyday. Sometimes it can be hard to see the happy parts of daily living because we are all so busy just trying to get through the day. Life can feel repetitive and rubbish, but if you really think about it, you might be able to find some beauty in parts of your day that you wouldn’t usually think about.
Since finding the beauty in everyday life can be harder for some people, I decided to post a list of a few little ideas to help inspire you..
As a single woman who has been through quite a few failed relationships, I feel like there are quite a lot of things I’ve learned now that I wish someone would have told me when I first started dating.
Back in June, I shared a post with you all where I explained that I was going through a break up. Since then I have been in and out of the dating scene and it just made me realise a few things that I felt like I should share.
I know that 2020 really hasn’t been a great year for most people, but that doesn’t mean that it’s all doom and gloom.
Sometimes you might have to search pretty hard for something to be grateful for but there will always be something. Even when you feel like your day is going terribly, there’s still something to be grateful for.
When you really think about it, there is so much we have to be grateful for. Here are 100 of those things.
Social media is becoming very overwhelming these days. There’s topics that are becoming more actively spoken about and those topics can be rather triggering. Some people might need to take a social media break and some people feel completely fine to carry on using their accounts as normal. All reactions are valid and you’ve got to do what’s best for you.
Personally, social media is my life. I don’t have many friends or family so social media is how I talk to people and see what is happening in the world. If I take that away from myself then I would probably feel completely lost. That’s what I decided to be more mindful of my social media uses.
Whether you find social media triggering or you just want to be more aware of your social media usage, mindfulness practises are important for anyone online.
