Since buying a Dymo Label Maker, I’ve been feeling the need to label absolutely everything. At first I was just enjoying labelling everything with what they are but then I started to wonder if the Dymo label maker (or any label maker really) had more uses.
I love to get creative so when I started to think of uses for my label maker, I wanted to think of some ideas that weren’t just labeling things. Of course, labelling things will always but fun. But sometimes, you’ve just got to get creative and try some new things.
That’s how I came up with some creative uses for a label maker.
So, here’re some ways that you can great creative with a label maker…
In such a fast paced world, it can be nice to just slow down sometimes.
Music can be an important part of the slow living lifestyle. It gives us a way to escape into a peaceful mindset for a bit, and it can give us clarity. Different music genres can make you feel different kinds of ways and that’s what I love about having a slow living playlist.
My favourite time of day to list to my slow-living playlist is in the morning. But that doesn’t meant that it’s the only time I’ll listen to it. I love to hit play when I need to calm myself or relax for a bit. Sometimes days can be challenging and some calming songs are the perfect way to help.
Whether you start the morning with a slow living playlist and follow your morning routine while enjoying the moment, or you listen to the playlist at the end of the day to help you relax just before bed, slow music is perfect to help you be in the moment.
As we near the second half of 2021, it’s a great time to evaluate your habits and do a personal mid-year review. Are you on track to reach your goals? Are you being the best version of yourself? Is there anything you can do better?
You might be in a position with work or education where someone else will conduct a mid-year review for you. Whether you’re in this position or not, it’s always a good idea to review your year by yourself. You may see things that others can’t.
Starting a new month has always been a pretty exciting time for me. I love the idea that a new start is here and I get to reevaluate my life and my goals. Am I making progress on my goals? Are the goals I’ve set still relevant? If the answer is no, then I get to rethink the goals and see how I can keep improving myself and my life.
For those of you who read my last blog post, you’ll know that my life has been changing a lot. Since those changes, I’ve been thinking about my goals even more. So I figured that this would be a perfect time to write a post here all about my July goals.
In my endeavour to be organised each day, week, month and year, I have been writing up plans for each month.
I had drafted Aprils’s plans and goals but I didn’t share them because I was apprehensive of whether or not I would actually complete them. I am the queen of making plans and giving up on them only a few hours later.
Even though I didn’t share my April plans with you all, I did decide to keep them all on a little note on my laptop, just to test myself.
In the end, I had managed to complete a couple of them including Instagram growth and drinking water.
This month, I am throwing caution to the wind and I am sharing my plans with you all. I don’t want to be held back by the fear of not being good enough anymore.
